DEMB 1753, the foundation's main sponsor, is driven by a passion for products, care for people - including our employees, our suppliers and our business partners - and respect for the environment. Within our industry, as in many segments of the wider food and drink sectors, there are several prominent issues, and we are keen to tackle these throughout the entire value chain. We are doing this in a variety of ways – by reducing the footprint at our factories, by helping to improve the working and living conditions of local farmers, and by increasing social cohesion in the markets where we operate or areas in the world where there are particularly challenging circumstances. Our four areas of focus are: responsible sourcing, sustainable manufacturing, supporting communities and responsible consumption.
